The Theragun is a powerful percussive therapy device created by Therabody, a leading company in the wellness industry. In this review, we’ll explore the features and benefits of the four different models of the Theragun.

First, let’s talk about the Theragun Elite. This model is called the Elite but it truly not in the slightest Elite. It’s the model that I personally have and I profusely don’t recommend purchasing because you can’t even replace the battery and the matching charging dock which only fits this model(sold separately too). Both the dock and the Theragun “Elite” we dead after coming home from a brief vacation where the Theragun just sat in its dock. The dock which initially broke(they are seriously cheaply made and broke by plugging the power adapter as normal and the broke the cheap plastic port piece that caved into its hollow shell, so I stupidly bought another one. Now that one is collecting dust as a useless paperweight. I switched to the Pro Model which does have allow you to swap the battery with replaceable battery. Their customer service was horrible both the phone rep and store employees I spoke to just brushed me off and wouldn’t assist you getting it repaired or replaced. I told them I have 2 of there products and are a loyal customer, obviously I ended up buying their Pro model. Just hope and pray that you are lucky and don’t have to deal with their customer service.

Next up is the Theragun Prime, which is also mid-range model. It has a maximum speed of 2400 percussions per minute and comes with a range of attachments to target different muscle groups. One of the standout features of the Prime is its OLED screen, which displays the speed, battery life, and other important information. But I don’t recommend purchasing the Theragun 4 Prime because you can’t replace the battery. Be aware when the battery goes you have another paperweight.

The Theragun Mini, which is the smallest and most portable of the four models. Despite its small size, the Mini is still powerful, with a maximum speed of 2400 percussions per minute. It’s perfect for those who want to take their percussive therapy on the go, whether to the gym or on a trip. Be aware when the battery goes you have another paperweight.

Finally, the Theragun Pro is the top-of-the-line model, designed for professional athletes and those who need the most powerful percussive therapy. It has a maximum speed of 2400 percussions per minute and comes with six attachments for targeting specific muscle groups. The Pro also features an industry-leading battery life of up to 300 minutes on a single charge, so you can use it for multiple sessions without having to recharge. It’s the only model that will allow you to replace the dead lithium battery and it’s the only one I could recommend.

Overall, the Theragun models are pretty limited choices for anyone looking to incorporate percussive therapy into their wellness routine. Some are powerful, versatile, and come with a range of attachments to target different muscle groups. Whether you’re a professional athlete or just someone who wants to relieve muscle soreness, the Theragun 4 Pro model the only model that you should get if you care about the environment and work to apply enough pressure to those targeted muscle groups.
